Meet the Team

Dr. Armen Derian, M.D.

Dr. Derian is originally from southern CA where he attended the prestigious UCLA school of medicine. He completed his residency training at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and fellowship in interventional pain management at Mayo Clinic. 
 
Dr. Derian is double board certified and has numerous scientific publications and presentations. He has a particular interest in regenerative medicine and minimally invasive procedures to heal patients. Dr. Derian is a compassionate physician who treats every patient like he would his own familty. 

Dr. Michael Givens, M.D.

Dr. Givens was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University. After college, he attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He continued his medical training at UCLA by completing a residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation followed by a fellowship in Interventional Spine and Pain Management.

Dr. Givens strives to provide an innovative treatment approach to musculoskeletal medicine and interventional pain management. He is dedicated to building an understanding of each patient’s unique needs so that he can provide high-quality care.
